Benda mungil ini terlihat seolah olah sebuah modem karena ukurannya sebesar ADSL modem atau router. Sebenarnya dari namanya sudah bisa ditebak fungsi gadget ini, portable pc. Sebuah komputer kecil, dinamai PEGASUS Cute PC Cape7.

Sama saja seperti komputer biasa, Portable PC memiliki Processor, RAM dan HDD, VGA Port, USB Port. Tinggal dihubungkan dengan monitor CRT atau LCD, tancapkan mouse dan keyboard, dan siap untuk bekerja. Spesifikasinya mirip dengan Netbook.
